Who we are
Coach Automatic ("we", "us") builds and sells software (such as ChatBot AI, BotSe AI, AutoDial CRM, FlowVid, TeamMonitor and CoachForce 360), offers free courses at learn.coachautomatic.com, and provides done-for-you services, custom development and mentorship. We are based in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our websites, software, WhatsApp and calls, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you give us: name, phone and WhatsApp number, email, business name, city and what you need, when you fill a form, book a call, message us or buy a package.
- Payment details: payments are processed by secure payment partners. We receive confirmation of the payment and billing details, but we do not see or store your full card or bank details.
- Usage data: device, browser, pages visited, and basic analytics collected through cookies and similar tools when you use our websites.
- Data inside our software: when you use our software, you may upload contacts, messages, call logs, videos and other business data. You own this data. We store and process it only to run the service for you.
How we use it
- To reply to you, book and hold discovery calls, and suggest the right tools.
- To create your account, deliver the software, set it up and give training and support.
- To send service messages, reminders, invoices and important updates by email, SMS, call or WhatsApp.
- To send offers and news, only where you have agreed. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or writing to us.
- To improve our products, keep them secure, prevent misuse and follow the law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting and cloud providers, payment partners, messaging providers (for example Meta for WhatsApp), video meeting tools (for example Zoom), email and analytics services, and with authorities when the law requires it. These providers may process data outside India, with suitable safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal, tax and accounting duties, and resolve disputes. After that we delete it or make it anonymous. Data inside our software can be exported or deleted on request when you close your account.
How we protect it
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and trusted cloud providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your passwords safe and tell us at once if you notice anything unusual.
Your rights
Under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent for marketing. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
